Noël Hallisey Noël has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley since the early eighty’s, combining a love of life in Real Estate Sales, Equestrian Riding and Alpine Skiing.
Her father was a ski pioneer being a member of the 10th Mt Division and the Ski School Director of Mad River Glen Ski Area in Vermont. “Ski it if you can” Upon the advice of my father “I moved to Aspen for the best skiing in the world” I then discovered the lifestyle and climate that Aspen area has to offer! Noël is a retired Ski Pro from the Aspen Skiing Company spending 26 years teaching skiing to a network of global clients. Having been a professional Equestrian, I enjoy spending time riding my horses, playing women’s polo and watching high goal polo. A pioneer of women’s polo, I starting playing polo in the early 1980s with the Aspen Polo Club and have been a longtime member of the USPA. I sincerely love to share my knowledge, my strength and creativity developed from years of experience in sales, riding and skiing that leads to the inside track of the Roaring Fork Valley Real Estate Market. When it comes to Real Estate, if you are buying or selling “Timing is everything.” |
Sandy SmithWhat a place to grow up!!! Sandy has been calling Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley home since 1950, when her parents made an adventurous road trip west from New York. It was in those early years living in Aspen that I developed a great love for this valley and the necessity for the stewardship of the land. I returned home after graduating from the University of Colorado, to open one of Aspen's first Art Galleries.
The Hunter Gallery specialized in Western Americana ,contemporary art as well as many of Aspen's well known artists and photographers. In 1979 , my passion for horses called me down valley, where I founded Cedar Ridge Farm, an equestrian center that sponsored many recognized shows and brought in numerous International judges and trainers. As a lover of Aspen's history, I have served on the boards of the Aspen Historical Society and Aspen Hall of Fame. I would love to share my knowledge of the Roaring Fork Valley in your search for the perfect place to call home. I can't imagine living anywhere else, so why should you!! |
The Experience You Deserve!
Don't Just Take Our Word For It!
- It was a pleasure to work with two local Real Estate professional “gals” Noël Hallisey and Sandy Smith to sell my family house in Aspen! Their organizational skills and negotiating skills, plus timing were impeccable. Besides being a super advocate for me, they also made it a very fun experience as this was a very emotional sale. I highly recommend this team to help you with all your real estate needs in the Roaring Fork Valley. - Sue Kern Aspen CO.
- Noël knows the market and is a pleasure to work with. Always well informed and able to share information in a concise and professional manner. - Andrea Phillips, Little Compton RI.
- Huge gratitude to Noël for her help and expertise when it came time to sell our family home that we’ve had in Aspen since the early 60’s. She was wonderful to work with and took great care in getting everything right and making the process as easy as possible. She helped us negotiate the price, set dates and inspections and thorough contracts. I used her expertise again when buying 2 lots in New Castle, CO. Once again, she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. If you’re looking to buy or sell property in the Roaring Fork Valley, I would highly recommend calling Noël & Sandy! - Lisbeth Odén, New Castle & Aspen, CO
- Noël and I worked together for over a year searching for the right home for me in an extremely difficult market for buyers. She was very attentive to my needs and ultimately found my future home before it hit the market. I was unable to see it in person as I was traveling but trusted her expertise and knowledge enough to make an offer sight unseen. I am very pleased with my purchase and grateful for Noël's support throughout the arduous process! I look forward to working with her again in the future. Carolyn Liikala, Basalt CO.
